After graduating as a Mechanical Engineer in 2013, I started working as project manager for a couple of years/ On my journey, I switch to IT project management and got introduced to Scrum by one of my former managers.

It made so much sense to me, working in short cycle to get as much feedback as possible for customers, adapt and continuously improve. This made even more sense when I started my Lean Six Sigma journey. Lean and Agile are mindsets, there is so much common grounds that I now work in both world and love to share inputs on the links between them.
