Stéphanie EL HAYEK

Stephanie EL HAYEK works within the international division of the AFNOR Groupe located in La Plaine Saint Denis, near Paris. She currently holds the position of unit manager development & evaluation since November 2023. Stephanie was previously the international business development manager within the same division.

Stephanie has previously worked in the Middle East as an operations manager in the certification and was also performing third party audits according to ISO 9001 and trainings on ISO standards, internal audit and IRCA 9001. Stephanie worked also as a consultant to accompany several enterprises through their journey to implement ISO 9001 standard. She started as a quality manager responsible to implement and maintain the ISO 9001 system in the healthcare sector.
