Fees
Conference registration fee include all sessions during 2 days. Rates cannot be split into full or half days.
Coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner are included. It is possible to bring a companion to the gala dinner. The fee for each additional person not registered for the congress is €160.
Payment
Payment for all inscriptions by :
- Credit card - Visa & Mastercard.
- Bank transfer
You will receive an invoice at the end of the registration process.
To pay by bank transfer, please click on "Registration". At the end of registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.
Cancellation Policy

No fee until June 30th, 2024, From July 1st to August 31st, 2024, 50% deduction.
From September 1st, 2024, no refunds will be possible.
Name changes will be allowed until August 31st, 2024. A €100 deduction will be applied to cover administrative processing costs.
